These Terms of Service apply to all users ("You", "Your" when possessive) of the products and services provided by Simple SAS, operating as "SimpleVisa", including its websites and subdomains like https://apply.simplevisa.net and its applications ("SimpleVisa"). Whenever used, "You" includes all individuals, including minors, on whose behalf you act or speak. By engaging with SimpleVisa, You confirm Your authority to act for all such individuals.

  1. By accessing SimpleVisa, You acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If You disagree, please cease using SimpleVisa immediately.
  2. SimpleVisa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting on the SimpleVisa website.
  3. You are required to complete or provide all necessary documentation for your application form by the travel date provided in your order. Failure to complete the application form by the travel date will void the application and render it non-refundable.
  4. Any information provided by SimpleVisa should not be construed as personal legal advice. Please consult Your own legal counsel for advice relevant to Your situation.
  5. SimpleVisa and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, whether expressed or implied.
  6. SimpleVisa acts as a third-party facilitator for visa applications and cannot guarantee government performance. SimpleVisa solely represents its actions in submitting applications and delivering visas.
  7. SimpleVisa aims to forward government emails within 48 hours, but You are responsible for prompt email checking and response. SimpleVisa is not liable for Your failure to respond to requests.
  8. By using SimpleVisa, You appoint the SimpleVisa Team as Your representatives, authorizing governments to share application information with them.
  9. While SimpleVisa endeavors for accuracy, it is not liable for any loss or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.
  10. All amounts cited refer to Euro (€) and are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  11. You agree to indemnify and hold SimpleVisa harmless from any actions, costs, claims, or liabilities arising from Your breach of these terms.
  12. You waive the right to participate in or commence any class action against SimpleVisa.
  13. Unauthorized use of SimpleVisa's content is prohibited.
  14. SimpleVisa does not guarantee the accuracy of information on external sites linked from its platform.
  15. SimpleVisa's links to external sites do not constitute endorsement.
  16. Third-party links to SimpleVisa do not imply involvement in its operations.
  17. SimpleVisa cannot guarantee complete confidentiality or security for electronically transmitted information.
  18. No waiver of any breach under these terms will be effective unless in writing and signed by the parties.
  19. Severance of any provision does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
  20. These terms are governed by French laws, with disputes subject to Bordeaux, France courts.

Refund Policy


  1. Full refunds are available if applications have not been submitted to the government.
  2. SimpleVisa is not liable for mistakes or incorrect information provided by travelers.
  3. Denied applications or itinerary changes require a new application.
  4. Processing times will begin upon receiving all the necessary information. Ensure that you promptly provide all the required details. Please note that any delays caused by the need to clarify information with the traveler are beyond our control.
  5. Refunds must be requested from the original place of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to initiate the refund process with the respective partner.
